Tahm's W is bugged

Often when I use my Devour to eat a minion, I can then regurgitate it, but other times, the spell just goes on cooldown and I'm stuck having to wait for the spell effect to time out and the minions gets launched uselessly because I missed my opprotunity. Other times I go to launch the minion with Regurgitate and it ends up flying off in some other direction than my intended aim. I know it's not as bad as when Azir was rushed to all hell and was damn near unplayable when he first came out, but Devour is an important part of Tahm's kit, and I would like to be able to use it without fearing that it'll just be wasted because bug
