Frequently Spawn into Howling Abyss missing HP [Gameplay]

Pretty simply bug, about 1 in 10 games I play on the Howling Abyss I spawn in with a varying amount of missing hp. One time it spawned me in at like 66% health for some reason, but most of the time it's just a small amount of hp. Happens on multiple champions and I can't find a common denominator, though I've not really payed attention. If it happens once in a game it seems to be more likely to do it again in the same game.

I see you recently played a game as Vlad on ARAM. Vlad gets HP from building AP through his passive. His passive increases his total HP but it doesn't actually fill it in upon getting AP. Vlad will be "missing" HP when the game initially starts and he has AP, or whenever he gets AP after spawning.
