Rammus ult bug

I was playing quinn and I vaulted off of rammus as he taunted me. He used his ult and when taunt finished I flashed away with 221 health. Rammus went into the opposite direction but I continued to take Damage from his ult. When I checked the deaths log is said 30% of the damage i took was from nothing. This rammus did not have death fire also
