Black Screen when the Launcher opens

Like, I can click the Launch button and start the game, but I can't see the links to any articles/news related to the game. Once the game starts, I can't click on any of the articles/news about the game, and I can't spectate (or even scroll though) featured games. I can view my profile, access the shop, changes settings, click help button but nothing else works. I am using Windows btw.
