Blue Essence Collector Ward Skin does not appear in Champ Select

I bought the ward skin.

I used it for the first week after buying.

I swapped ward skins for awhile.

Went to select it during champ select and it's not there???

I have exactly the same problem. The ward is gone and did not get a refund or anything. I did already send a support ticket though.
