More IP and RP! BUGS!

So i created a discussion about the IP bug when i bought Gangplank. Now its for RP too. I bought $10 RP and also got miss fortune. Of course it goes down to 100 something after i bought it. I log out, then after a while log back in to play game, and my RP was back to 1400 something as it was before purchasing the skin. Of course I cant buy anything with it because its just look like I have that much still.
