RIOT PLZ FIX THE BUGS!

I was playing ranked and picked a champ and was trying to lock in, but the mouse stopped working. I wanted to pick another champ and it did not let me, so i tried to lock in or otherwise ull be kicked out but cant lock in and it kicked me out! Then i have to wait 30 mins cuz the first time i did not know that i had to lock the champ in because it was my first time playing ranked this season. I could not click anything on the league client and had to right click and close it from the taskbar. EDIT: I still can't close normally clicking the X button on top. Have to close it from my taskbar in the bottom. Qustion: Since it happened can i get placed in lower elo's because of this?
