There is a bug on yi jg

There is a yi jg bug. It happens with the Big golem of the double golem and gromp. Sometimes when I attack it and smite it it gains all of it's health back as if it was out of its home range. It have happened multiple times and in multiple games. I also use project yi. can you check it out?
