Riot fix this client plz

I was in my 3rd placement game and when i clicked accepet, i was taken to this screen. I was supposed to ban instead came back to lobby with no problem. The game before this, after i locked in my champ, i was not able to change my masteries(it was frozen), and kept saying error.
