Game Keeps Crashing at matchmaker

The game crashes after I accepts go to into a game. It freezes then after I click it it turns to a shade of white. Everything else on my computer is working fine no problem. And in normal's I get 5 minute warning for not selecting a champion but i did not even get to the champ select. RITO HELP! Happens 1 time a day for sure.
