There is a bug where I cant cast any spells and nobody has addressed it.

Sometimes I get into game and I can't cast spells. I can level them up. I can type. It's not because im locking my keyboard because I know how to unlock it with Fn Esc if that happens. I know it also isn't the case because when i close out of league entirely then rejoin it's fixed. This really needs to be addressed because sometimes when this happens I miss out on the first minute or 2 on the lane and it is very crucial that you are present for the xp so you don't fall behind.
