Destructive Sejuani

The bug is: Flail of the Northern Winds (W) works on structures. I know this when I did over 1000 magic damage to the Nexus and literally one shot the Nexus in my fool around, test-out game against ye olden bots. I also had a Lich Bane and 800-900 AP, but that would only count to about 500 magic damage. This is only the initial first hit that works, not the damage-per-second AoE afterwards.

P.S. Can Flail of the Northern Winds second portion's tooltip be read as damage per second instead of damage over time? This ability is damage per second and not damage over time and it will be a lot easier for the player to do math by adding instead of having to divide the number.

Another point to add on: Is the new damage per second portion suppose to have an Ability Power ratio because right now it currently does?
