[CLIENT] Chat in Champion Select Screen or Party Chat not working.

I don't know if it's just me or if it's widespread, but sometimes after I cancel a queue when I'm with a party, my chat glitches where I cannot type anything down or see anyone else type. My friend has had this issue once, but I've been experiencing it a lot. Then, to make things worse, the glitch would carry over to SoloQ Champion Select chat. I wouldn't be able to see what others type, so I may call a role that was already picked. This has only happened once, but I fear it may happen again.

How the Glitch Happens to me -When I am in a party and I cancel the queue for some reason, the bug happens.
