New update downloading incredibly slow then will disconnect and exit.

I speed tested my internet at this current moment and I'm getting 14 ping, 3 mbs download and 14 upload. Yet the estimated time of completion for the league update is 1235 minutes just to download 39 MBs. Every time I start the client after downloading about two MBs it will disconnect and exit.
