Taric bot and Rammus bot bugs

So, I don't play bot games a ton, but I've noticed a few issues with these bots in my previous games. I will first say that these bugs are completely separate (Rammus bot and Taric bot do not have to be in the same game for this to happen). First bug pertains to Taric. I don't know what triggers it, but in my experience it USUALLY happens when Taric is alone. He simply stand still and stops auto attacking you (no abilities and no auto attacks used). Again I'm not sure exactly why this happens but I'm assuming it isn't intentional. The second bug is an extremely old bug with Rammus bot. Whenever he uses his powerball he doesn't move at all. You can see him in his powerball form but he doesn't chase you at all. After powerball ends he will continue to chase as usual.
