Need explanation for this

I was randomly disconnected twice during this game. Once under their tower during a Kat roam, and once in the river as Rek'Sai was coming. This wasn't a normal DC, I could watch my HP drop and my teammates/enemies move around, but couldn't move or chat. My internet was fine, I even signed in to Skype during the DC to make sure.

They also took our bot tower during a death, and yet this is what I see: http://i.imgur.com/hm3JqVd.jpg

My team surrendered because Irelia was fed and I kept DCing. No idea what happened.
