Nexus Blitz Bugged Out

We got the Urf Deathmatch game, we died and respawned in base where we were basically stuck since the whole area slowly killed you.
Only Rengar could survive due to his grey health. it was pretty funny. https://youtu.be/qQCGg5saMJA not sure what caused it, but it did start after I bought the StatStick, althugh apparently Fiora bugs the game out?
