qss removes Fid's drain

the title sums it up. Just played a match as fid, and when I used my fear + drain combo, the enemy top laner used qss and I just stood their awkwardly as they tried to kill me.

as a reference, qss does not remove the dmg from Malzahar's ult, and both drain and malz's ult are considered teathers.
