Garen's ult cancels if the target flashes (sometimes)

Not sure if this is intended behavior, but sometimes Garen's ult cancels if the target gets out of range.

This cancels sometimes, if the target flashes, or blinks out of range.

I have an LPR file if I can attach it or e-mail it somehow.
