Is it just me or is League really buggy lately?

This could just be me, but there seem to be a lot of bugs recently in champ select. Like sometimes the timer will count down to zero and itll jjst hover over the same players for the rest of the pre game lobby. It eventually does load into a game IF i have already picked my champion but i dont then it forces me to dodge, even when I dont want to. Ive lost quite a bit of LP recently from this "bug" so thats quite annoying.

Also, this could be my internet, but I am constantly getting the "trying to reconnect" error in game, in queue, and in champ select. Idk whats up with it but if anyone else is having these problems please let me know so i dont feel like im the only one.
