Is it just me or is the Client REALLY slow lately?

The client lags to hell and back when trying to navigate the menus, I get into game 20-30 seconds late, and get lock-ups and hella lag when going from the game back to client after the game is finished

I feel like this started with this patch, the TFT patch. League was fine before that.
