Random FPS drops and screen freeze during champ select and in game, since new patch 9.22

I've decided to just stop playing LoL until riot fixes their shit. I don't want to risk getting penalized for something that is out of my control, nor do I want to keep causing my team to lose all because my screen froze.

Fix this fucking shit riot i've almost broke my pc because this shit is unplayable

Yupp, my screen froze entirely 3 times in two games. Nothing left but closing the client and reconnecting.

Same here, lost teamfights because I just freeze. Fullscreen very low kind of fixes it.
