Random Skin Selection (Blitzcrank)

Can't talk much, a match just started but I'm having a problem. I recently bought Battle Boss Blitzcrank, but two of my games with him were randomly switched into different skins (Piltover Customs and Riot) despite picking Battle Boss specifically. I'd like to ask if this is a known glitch?
