if you open the new runes reforge menu and leave sometimes the background sounds keep playing nonstop even in champion select and also in matches too i believe (harder to make out with all the other layered sounds and music playing.)
I'm getting this too :/ I've just gotta mute the client in volume mixer to turn it off
Not just runes page. Other sounds stick in Cilent and are still playing into game. Only solution has been to close Client to unstick the sound. Can reopen Client while match loading, or during game and sound is still normal. Finished a bot game with the Snowdown skin on the Rift and the sound is still playing in the Client after the game.
From what I can tell, all the sound sticking started with Rune Reforged. Other sounds being affected now.
