Quinn's blind isn't working as intended

Blind doesnt stop Vaynes passive procs.

If you watch your original video, its looks like blind and vayne tumble are happening at the exact moment, and you're correct, there is no way vayne's silver bolts would proc (~280) damage.

After much rewinding/rewatching, I've come to this conclusion; vaynes tumble was executed an instant before the blind proc started/damage was taken from valor. Because of this, vayne's tumble still did the damage as if it wasn't under the effects of blind. My guess that it is not intended to work like that, but it appears, based on the video, that- that's what happened.

Those saying they happened at the same time are in the wrong. Tumble is not the auto attack itself. The blind should have blocked the attack for it was in effect before an autoattack was in place of animation/use.

It's an issue with Teemo too sometimes. Blinds in general do not effect Vayne properly for this isn't an issue on any other champion. Just Vaynes Tumble AA bonus is an issue.

Unfortunately I tested this. You're in fact wrong unfortunately. This issue has nothing to do with tumble not being an auto attack.

Think of it this way. If vayne shot a bolt, and blind applies slightly after the bolt had already been shot, the damage was already calculated and the projectile is already in air. The damage will in fact execute since the script began before the blind CC took place. (Easily testable)

Now, with that knowledge, lets think of Vayne's tumble as a projectile as itself. The reason is because the script for execute damage takes place as soon as tumble starts. So, just as a bolt that's already been shot, Vaynes tumble's script has already been executed, her next attack will always still do damage, the blind only applies to attacks that were started after.
