Jinx with Sated Devourer

You said abilities with AD scalings shouldn't be affected by Sated Devourer's damage modifier - but Fishbones doesn't seem to double-up with Sated Devourer. The 10% bonus damage to her target and splash damage are only happening once.

P.S. Why does Pow-Pow only get 1 stack even on Phantom Hit, when Runaan's grants 3 stacks? Does it happen on-hit or on-attack? O_o

Hydra does a % of your total AD to surrounding enemies. Essentially, it is an on-hit and has no prerequisites.

Jinx's Q doesn't do damage because the Phantom doesn't do damage. Her Q modifies her Q's attack damage scaling, making her attacks do 110% of her AD rather than 100% and has no affect on on-hits like Devourer, BotRK, etc., it only modifies the ATTACK'S damage. The Phantom's Attack does no damage. All it does it apply on-hits a second time. If there is no damage, it can't proc, mainly because there's absolutely nothing to proc off of since there's no Attack Damage.

Basically, it's like Ashe's Q. If you use Devourer and Ashe's Q, nothing happens when the Phantom hits because there's no AD to do anything with.

The second auto attack has 0 AD attached to it, so while there is a second fishbones missile, the projectile and AoE part of it have 0 AD to scale off of, and do 0 damage.

Ravenous Hydra deals double damage. It didn't initially - but it was "fixed".

As I said, Riot said that effects with AD scalings shouldn't be affected by Devourer's 0 AD. Champions like Xin and Aatrox deal full damage on their third "attack". But apparently Jinx was an oversight. If not for the fact Runaan's is already creating stacking overlaps I would think it intentional - but...

I actually didn't know that, alright, my bad, just regurgitating something I had heard at an earlier point when everyone was still figuring out how it works.
