Can we get rid of leaver buster for the people you just dced from the server?

Other people coming to the boards, including myself, were dced without warning and could not log back in. Even the league of legends website is taking a while to load.

Server status says that ranked queues won't be down until 4:30 AM ET, it wasn't even close to that time, it also says that all games that are going on will end in a draw and not be recorded, that also didn't happen. I got a loss, I'm sure other people did too.
