Udyr shield bug

Udyr's Turtle Stance shield is giving him the same benefits as the Morgana Black Shield. I have seen this in 3 games over the last week. While the shield is up, he ignores all CC. I have tried stuns and roots but neither of them would work. Please fix this, it makes Udyr way too strong.

Edit: After talking with some Udyr mains, it may be a hack by some players.
