[GAMEPLAY] Shaco Q Doesn't Immediately Stealth Him

Shaco Q isn't going invisible immediately.

When Shaco uses Deceive (Q) he does not immediately go stealthed. As you can see in the clip linked, the Tristana and Nunu have me targeted when I Deceive over, but then the tristana paths away then as she reacts to being able to see me, she turns to run the correct way. It may be due to a DoT ability being on me, or her Explosive Charge. This happens 2 more times in these 2 links

I've noticed it happen 3 times so far in the links provided.

I noticed this playing aram Vs shaco, when he Q's i see a red lining as if he was sweepered and aram has 0 items the detects stealth champs so i agree with you on this bug. Its an issue since people can just follow or toss aoes at the area you Q to seeing this and it kills alot of his gameplay vs high level players.
