ANNOYING BUG: Predator's active isn't disabled while in combat.

I activated it while chasing someone and it instantly went on cooldown - there's no indication of the combat timer.

The fact it goes on full cooldown if interrupted is separately ridiculous, but not a bug.

there are certainly some issues with predator. It's interruption can be seemingly caused by anything. I think the problem for me, is that i wanted to use it offensively, but it isn't really for that. It's just there to help you get from one spot to another faster...not to help initiate.

The channel is interrupted by anything.

The movement speed turns off in combat, but there's still the bonus damage.

However, there's nothing to indicate that you're "in-combat" already - the item lets you activate it, and then the channel is instantly interrupted.
