Ezreal's E doesnt always target his W marked target.

This is kind of gimping to AP Ezreal. Could it be looked into? It's happened like 7 times to me today.

I think you just have to be in range, does the bolt launch from cast posistion or end posistion because I noticed this but I thought I was just out of range
