{gameplay bug} Lux base skin E pixel not appearing

i was recently playing as yasuo, the enemies lux was playing the base skin, i was playing project yasuo, when i went throughout the entire game, when she sent out her E only the outer rim pixels appeared and the inner normally glowing pixels were missing, making identifying this high damage aoe ability very difficult to deal with. i am not sure how to re-create this bug, but it exist's
