jax can press e and press recall. counterstrike will be performed normally, but his recall wont be canceld. this is usefull at krugs. clear all krugs until the 6 small ones are left, e+b. you clear the cmap and recall. why this is a bug? simple: garen could e + recall aswell. when his e ended his recall was canceld. this got fixed, he cant recall anymore during e. so its a bug with jax aswell

Im always Mad and it is not a bug. Working as intended.
There are plenty of abilities that don't cancel recall. You can kill a wave channeling 
ult while recalling. 
and 
can both recall while being completely invisible for the whole channel
EDIT: I meant can be invis for the whole thing. can't unless you have empowered recall from Baron/Rift Herald
