Is Twitch's stealth recall legal?* EDIT: So im asking if its allowed since its basically insta stealth with no hope of stopping him if you dont have a skillshot. yes he might have gotten away anyway,but recalling in front of the enemy team with an instant stealth is really BS. Teemo,Shaco and Akali can't do it,they will be revealed and Evelynn stealths up in the last 2 seconds of recalling,while she is revealed by getting close to her.
Course it's legal. If it wasn't, riot would've wrote code to automatically negate all stealth while recalling. A bush recall makes you stealth, although you're standing in a brush. Anyone with a skill shot can do dmg to anyone stealth if they happened to "know" where they were stealthed, same goes for someone in brush.

Edit: Ok, nope. I think Teemo can do it, I definitely know Evelynn can; it's a legitimate strategy to start B in the enemies vision, then when you stealth you go hide and wait for the enemy because they think you left.

Yeah, it's a nice way to get away but you gotta do the QB combo quickly. It's literally one of the best things about twitch. If they took that away from him he would be trash tier
