Champion select rune editing is bugged

I just went into a game as Xin Zhao. I took resolve as my secondary, and I wanted the mastery that gives 5% armor every time you heal, and the other one, revitalize. I hit save and go into game, and I have demolish instead. The same thing happened with Ornn, I wanted transcendence and when I locked it in, I started the game with scorch instead.
