Gameplay bug: Guardian of the Sands Xerath's stun

Does not effect sandstorm Ekko at point blank range to small distance in front of him. Also, sandstorm Ekko's Q ate the ability a few times.

Yes. I'm not sure why it happens, but sometimes the ability just disappears without doing anything. It's only happened when Ekko was close up when we were casting our abilities.

No particles, stun or damage, but the ability goes on cooldown.

When cast at a distance without his Q or his dash active, it worked normally.

Tried it with battle cast and normal xerath, it works normally for those two.

Edit: It works normally with normal Ekko
