[Gameplay] Cannot stun Kennen with Fiora W

Title. This is an interesting bug but it has a huge impact on the Kennen vs. Fiora matchup. Able to be replicated 100% of the time in any game involving Fiora and Kennen.

Fiora's riposte is able to nullify every stacking effect in the game (Gnar, Vayne, Twisted Fate, Braum's passive etc.) except for Kennen's, as it prevents it from stacking altogether. It is therefore impossible to stun Kennen with W on a successfully timed parry. This needs to be looked at.

I don't see why.

Riposte prevents his passive stack from being applied, therefore his passive stun doesn't proc.

It might be since Kennen's passive applies on spells while the others apply on autoattacks.

Does Riposte stop Brand's passive (Blaze) from applying too?

Still no Riot response about this? This bug occurs in 100% of the games where this matchup is in effect.
