Scorched Earth Renekton Team Builder Bug
Team Builder thinks that Scorched Earth Renekton is an INVALID_SKIN and wont let me use it.

Ok, so after a hard restart of my League client, it was able to come back but for some reason didn't appear in the scroll box for skins initially before I extied and re-entered Team Builder. Its strange and I dont know exactly what is causing it since I got on, opened Team Builder, and it happened.
