Can't use Flash on Tahm Kench when he eats an enemy.
Can't use Flash on Tahm Kench when he eats an enemy with his (W) however the skill description says its a 95% movement reduction but doesn't say his flash becomes disabled.

It's intended. He can't use things like Thresh Lantern or Flash during Devour. The ability could use that clarity in the description, though.
Cant be move displaced by anything allied. I think only enemy displaces work on him when he has an enemy in his mouth.
