Massive Ahri Charm Bug (Game-Breaking Bug)

So the bug is when Ahri charms you move insanely fast, accelerated movement speed, harmlessly towards her direction.

I don't know what exactly is with the bug, but it might be Swiftness boots and Ahri Charm, anyways:

I was Trundle support; bad Talisman of Ascension (move fast golden sun), Swiftness boots with Alicrity (the +20 movement speed upgrade), 9 defense with champion reduction, health tenacity, and slow reduction, and 21 utility with movement speed, biscuits, gold, and item and normal CDR; movement quints, armour, health, mr runes

This has been in the game for a long time since ahris release and its mostly on purpose/not the biggest problem. tbh its more annoying when your feared and you run for miles if your yi or a rather fast character.

Swiftness boots reduce the effectiveness of slows.
