Remake bug

The ADC was AFK after 2 min. Remake didn't work. Please fix it because it is very annoying.

Did first blood happen before 3 min? That prob why. If someone is afk, another lane will usually int.
In order for a remake to be available, a player needs to be disconnected/AFK for at least 90 seconds of the first 3 minutes. If the ADC in question went AFK after the 2 minute mark, then by the 3 minute mark they would have only been AFK for 60 seconds, which unfortunately isn't enough to trigger a remake vote.
