Incorrect Free Champion Rotation

I've never really thought anything of it - until just now. The free champions that show up under the Free Champion Rotation in the client, and the ones that appear in character select, ALWAYS are different. I dunno if this was oddly intended, or just a weird, random bug, but I figured I'd report it, just to be on the safe side.

are you a high enough lvl to not get the beginner defualt rotation champs?

I have no idea. I remember that it happened at level 1, once... I was going to play Nasus, but I wound up having to pick Garen instead, since Nasus wasn't an option.
