@Riot Karthus Bugfixes?

P.S. Got to watch the Community Stream w/ Meddler tonight, thanks for answering about Karthus balance-wise :)

Anyway, I know how Karthus won't be getting much change during the Mage Update, but can we at least get a few bugfixes for him that have apparently been plaguing him since mid-S5?

  1. When you cast Q past max range during his passive, there is the regular Q, but then there's some sort of "Ghost Q" that shows up at the cursor, only Karthus players can see this, but it's irritating. This happens to me all the time.

  2. I haven't seen this a whole lot anymore but I've see a couple threads on it so it might be still around, but sometimes during his passive, Karthus's Q goes on a 2 second cooldown (as opposed to the normal 1 second cd). I remember a couple times in the past where this has happened to me and it is quite irritating.

  3. now I haven't noticed this one much, but I've seen a couple posts about it, but apparently Rylai's slows don't apply to Karthus's spells during his passive? I'm not too sure about this one myself, but it's just something I feel could use some bringing up.

if I could get some feedback on these potential bugs I feel Karthus could feel a bit better as a champ.

I know Evelynn's Q goes on a whopping 7 seconds cooldown when she hits Braum's Unbreakable. Maybe a similar situation might raise Karthus's Q cooldown? It'd be useful to investigate for ourselves as well what might cause such bugs.

Those look like good issues to address (assuming they're happening in the case of 2. and 3.). I'll pass them on to the team working on the mage changes, see if we can get them onto the list of things to do.

I didnt watched it but im curious about Karthus balance-wise.
