Getting punished because the game keeps crashing

Lag out of loading screens a lot recently, and can't reconnect. On top of that recently the game volume wasnt functioning so tried muting and unmuting all sounds which proceeded to crash the game. Its happened multiple times and I can't find a solution to stop it from not loading in or freezing after the volume cut out. It's gotten so bad that this is the second set of leaverbuster that I couldn't control because the connection doesn't actually seem to be bad Idk how to fix
