Zilean Glitch when using Time in a Bottle

Hi, i use Shurima skin Zilean so this might be the only one with the glitch, happens to my way too often and it's annoying.

What happens is that after casting Time in a Bottle, he remains in his "kamehameha" posture, even while moving, attacking or casting, what makes CS harder as he doesn't display the attack animation nor spell animation. He is only restored upon death.

I think the zilean player is the only one able to see it, the rest might see his normal animations.
