Cant Patch 5.13

I am having numerous issues patching 5.13, the client either crashes before it starts to download, or it says error check logs, or it gets stuck on analyzing the first file, the first time that I tried downloading the client, it got to 20% before crashing, now I can't even get to 1%, red please help.
