Draft doesn't end when someone dodges. Penalized for a bug.

I've had a few times where draft mode doesn't go back into queue after someone dodges. The timer finishes counting down, and then nothing happens. It stays stuck in pick/ban while nothing happens.

The only time this happens is when someone queue dodges, and it says everyone has left the room.

While this normally wouldn't bother me, it forces me to close the client, lose LP, get a queue dodge timer, and lose a match if its during a promotion series.

Can a Rioter help with this? If you can't revert the penalties, can you give insight into what can fix this?
