[Gameplay] Riot can you adress the dash dodge bug?

Not solely limited to dashes,sometimes ranged abilities just flat out don't hit when it clearly should. Happens a ton with Lux. I once saw a Lee Sin dash to himself to dodge a Final Spark. he got the debuff with no damage. https://youtu.be/1Zyii2XAtMQ?t=1m
