Bots are still able to purchase boot enchantments on Twisted Treeline

These items don't even show up in the shop anymore, so why are bots able to purchase them? This isn't intended, right?

Also, I forgot to mention that this happened in a custom game. Not sure if that matters but I thought I'd mention it.
