Massive performance dip during this patch

Anybody else dealing with this? Everything was fine during the previous patch. Now there's CONSTANT frame drops. I even turned off the winter map and it's still bad

Yup, there are still issues, random freezes. I run league on a beast of a machine- a while ago I capped it to 60 FPS after I had to ask a teammate if I'd just been Lux ulted. I think it's been improved since then but there's still the occasional freeze.

i have some fps drops like from 144(capped) to under 60 for a second when nothing is happening

cause: everyone leaved for holidays and the servers are slowly filling with methaphorical dust and snow

I am also having this problem and it is making the game unplayable. Usually get around 170 frames but now I am getting about 90 which is fine, but then it will drop to anywhere from 5-20 and nothing i have tried fixes it.
